"Essential reading"
5 stars By Jungsil, Dec 22 2015
God ended the lives of these four kings(Ahaziah, Athaliah, Joash and Amaziah), who had been influenced by Athaliah to worship idols, in a most wretched way.
Moreover, by omitting these four kings from the second period of Jesus' genealogy, God demonstrated His execution of judgment against the wicked ones who attempt to snuff out the lamp of the covernant.
And in this way, He revealed His administration of redemptive history(2 Kgs 8:27, 2Chr 22:3)
