this is deception
1 stars By Nichola, Mar 08 2013
One star is too many. I don't know why Koorong is even selling this book. Have any of them read it? For shame.

This woman has allowed a demon to deceive her and any Christian worth his salt wouldn't promote it as Christian literature. She is preaching a false doctrine.

I was asked to read this book by a friend who wanted my opinion of it. From the beginning, I found problems with it. Not only were there things not Biblical, but a lot of it just didn't seem right.

Eg. 1. She talks about non-obedient Christians who will end up in a valley that is not hell but is also not Heaven. People will only be accepted into Heaven if they know Jesus and are pure of heart and obedient. This is false, because by her definition, I am not saved and won't be accepted into Heaven. The Bible tells us that we are saved by grace (accepting what Jesus did for us on the cross) and not by works, lest anyone boast.
2. On one of her trips to heaven, her Jesus catches a fish and cooks it for her. There is another time when she sees cattle and is told that they are for food in heaven. The Bible states that there is no death in Heaven.
3. On another occasion, she is shown into a mansion and the lights suddenly go out, causing her great fear. They come back on shortly to reveal her Jesus in different robes. The Bible says that Jesus is the source of light in Heaven so how can the light go out when he is with her?

These are just a few examples from Part 1 (her trips to heaven) and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. However when I started Part 2 of the book (her visits from Jesus on earth) I knew immediately that it was a demon impersonating Jesus to her.

He starts what she calls body-work which which lasts for months. During all her encounters with him her body experiences violent shaking, which she tries to find scriptural justification for. But she doesn't even attempt that with what follows. During this body-work, the demon takes over control of her body, shaking it, lifting it off the bed and flipping it over from front to back as she has oil poured over her. He rubs her body with her hands and makes her dance or just hold her arms out for long periods, causing her pain and making her feel like she's losing her mind (her words!)

Many times in the book she reports on things that her Jesus does that causes her to fear. However she has put her total faith in this being (without once testing him or his claims as the Bible tells us) and will always submit to it no matter what it commands of her (even if she doesn't like it).

This woman, Choo Thomas, needs to be set free and needs to accept the true Biblical Christ. Her book may be exactly what happened to her but it is not Biblical truth and her Jesus is NOT the true Jesus, the Christ of the Bible as she claims.
