About "Lily's Rose"
Lily's Rose addresses love, faith, and the need for genuine compassion from the eyes of a nine year old girl. Lily is spirited and often misunderstood, sometimes described as ADD or ADHD, but the fact is she is neither. Her creative character and a dash of Lily's Love for nature demonstrates wisdom far beyond her years. She has a gift of nurturing with both plants and people. While hiding in a tree overlooking the family nursery and neighbor's homes, she notices her good friend, Mrs. Kerns, being taken to the hospital. A little wisdom from Lily to Mrs. Kern's son leads to a dramatic recovery. This intergenerational story will touch the hearts of all who read it.
