Meet the Author

William Carter

William Carter has served twenty-eight years as pastor of local churches, as district superintendent, and as conference council director. He also hold an M.Ed. degree from the University of Tennessee and is a Minister of Christian Education. Bill lives with his wife, Belle, in Johnson City, Tennessee. He has authored the Bible Reader Series on Hebrews, 1-3 John, Revelation, and Romans.
