About "Possibilities of Prayer"

A godly man who lived to pray and write on prayer, E M Bounds began each day with 3 hours of prayer. Here he reminds us that God wants us to believe Him when we pray, content in the knowledge that His promises in His Word are true.

When God makes promises, He stakes all that He is on fulfilling them. On this fact, Bounds asks Christians to learn Scripture's promises and to proceed in prayer with absolute certainty that God will keep His word.
