Doug and Tami Flather minister at Oak Ridge Community Church in Highland, Maryland (near Baltimore), where Tami plays bass guitar and Doug is a keyboardist and one of the instrumental directors. They both teach praise and worship ministry workshops. They have been involved in contemporary music ministry since the late 1970s.
