Princess Madison isn't your typical princess. She has dirt under her nails, freckles on her nose, and marbles in her pocket. This delightful read-to-me story shows that girls don't have to dress in pink and like only prissy things to be valuable in God's eyes.

The real meaning of Princess
4 stars By Hannah, Aug 25 2014
This beautifully illustrated story tells the tale of Princess Madison, who looks, dresses and acts nothing like your typical princess. And doesn't her older sister love to point it out. Madison does everything she can to prove she really is a princess but to no avail. In the end, she learns an important lesson about what truly makes someone a princess. While this is a picture book, just a warning that it has a lot of words! That said, it's a beautiful story and one I'd definitely recommend.
