Fun romance
3 stars By Hannah, May 03 2017
This was such a fun story! I loved the big family and how they all look out for each other, for better or worse. But alongside the fun and laughter, there were also some big issues dealt with like forgiveness, trust, faith and honesty. Great story and can't wait to read more about this close family.

Fantastic start to a great series
4 stars By Margot, Apr 29 2016
Wedding planner, Anne Hathaway is used to coordinating weddings. When she meets George Laurence, he seems to be exactly what she always dreamed of in a husband. Then she realises that he is a client, and is engaged. Or that is how it appears. That is what he wants her to believe. So Anne continues planning his wedding, hoping no one realises she has fallen in love with George. The story is complex, with lots of intertwined characters and sub-plots, many twists and secrets. I will certainly be looking out for more from Kaye Dacus. Her writing is witty and funny, and the characters are normal people with everyday problems. Highly recommended.

Fun
4 stars By sarah, Apr 01 2014
This book was lots of fun, with the main characters trying to keep up a charade while falling in love. I appreciated the family atmosphere that constantly surrounded Anne and George, the constant meddling and support. Kaye discussed the issues of bitterness and forgiveness in a gentle manner, allowing the reader to consider their own lives and what God can do in a confusing situation. It was a light read despite some of the deeper issues discussed, and would be easily enjoyed by fans of her other fiction.
