A fictional example of the troubles, danger and suspicions that surrounded the early church under the Roman rule, particularly under emperor Nero. A baker and his wife secretly keep orphans of Christian martyrs and teach them the stories and parables of Jesus, showing them the example He set under the suffering and troubles that He endured for us. Great for young children, there is no real violence. My children find them very amusing.
