A boon for preachers
3 stars By Ian Thomason, Oct 20 2013
This resource will likely be of greatest use to theological students and Greek-capable preachers. Being a synopsis, Ware's work arranges Pauline passages topically in order to demonstrate at a glance what the apostle thought about a given subject. The Greek text (i.e. NA27, including a brief apparatus criticus) appears on the left-hand pages; the English (i.e. NRSV) on the right-hand pages, a layout that facilitates rapid reading and comparisons. All told, a very handy volume that is well worth owning and using.
