Must Read
5 stars By Dr. Bernard Low, Oct 03 2018
If you are a manager or a leader in any organization with people reporting to and working for you, this is a book you must read. The authors have helpfully shown that the five love languages - of affirmation, quality time, acts of service, tangible gifts and physical touch - equally apply to the workplace as they do to marriage, family and children. They rightly argue that employees need appreciation and how if leaders do show appreciation for their employees, this will be good for the business. Highly recommended!
