Deeply Insightful
5 stars By Bec C , May 07 2018
This book was one of the most insightful and interesting books I've ever read. I found it so practical and it opened my eyes to lots of different situations in the workplace. It talks about how important it is for us to connect with people in a work setting and truely value them and appreciate them. I think most of us know in theory this is a great idea, but I for one, definitely struggled to always apply it well to individual people. This book helps people to feel truly valued at work and deeply appreciated. It helps us to make real connections through lots of challenging ideas and questions and inspires us to change our work environments for the better. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to see positive change in their workplace and authentically connect with their colleagues.
