James D. Bratt is professor of history at Calvin College and coeditor of Perspectives: A Journal of Reformed Thought. His other books include John Calvin Rediscovered: The Impact of His Social and Economic Thought and Antirevivalism in Antebellum America: A Collection of Religious Voices.

Ronald A Wells

Wells is Professor of History at Calvin College.
