Great read
3 stars By Sarah, Sep 23 2017
The candidate is another great novel by Lis Wiehl. Her writing style is filled with suspense and great twists in the plot that makes it very interesting. The characters are relatable and it was a fascinating read as the political arena is one that is always filled with life changing decisions that often affect a country. It does make you realise the pressure on many politicians and their need for God and His wisdom.

Captivating
4 stars By Bonnie, Jul 31 2017
I thought this was an extremely well written story, and while it was intense it was also relatable and had really knowledge within the pages. Erica's not perfect as a core character, which makes it that much more desirable to get to know her and follow her sleuthing! The way the writing style also incorporates a sense of journalism also adds to the depth of the story line. I would definitely recommend this book!
