5 stars By Daz , Mar 16 2016
This is a solid guide to living a wholehearted life--filled with practical tips and wisdom for living life with joy and acceptance. She's a great writer who distils complex concepts into very simple principles, drawing on a wealth of experience from real-life case studies. I'd recommend it to everyone.
