About "True Confidence (Inspiring Women Series)"
Following the success of the first two Inspiring Women books CWR are pleased to publish the next two in the series. Each of these books have been developed and expanded from notes first written for Inspiring Women Every Day in direct response to readership demand for more on these topics. In True Confidence Wendy Bray looks at an area of life many struggle with, lack of confidence. She considers the nature of "true confidence" that is: based on the unchanging nature of the Father, modelled on Jesus and maintained and empowered by the Holy Spirit. It is not about us at all and is based on our faith and not our feelings. Sharing honestly her own sufferings, weakness and failures, Wendy encourages us to find our security, value, strength, enabling, ability and confidence in God. She dares us to believe that our life with God, lived in the confidence He gives us, can be more than we could ever think or imagine! In the power and enabling of "true confidence" based in God, we each have an important role to play in His wider hurting world. Features and Benefits Based on the successful Inspiring Women Every Day brand Written by Women for Women Written in response to reader demands for greater depth on the topic Reflections, thoughts, actions and prayer at the end of each chapter.
