Waterfall review
5 stars By Joy, Jan 11 2017
Waterfall is soooooo good. It's thrilling, mysterious, and breathtaking with danger lurking around every corner. When a teenage girl called Gabriella and her sister Evangelia explore a cave they put their hands on some handprints and get whisked away to the past and arrive in the middle of a fierce battle. The sisters arrive one week apart and are taken in by opposite forces. Lisa gets taken by the baddies and Gabi goes to the goodies. It's a nice, long, history novel, with battles, problems and love popping out of every page. I loved this story!

Fantastic Book For Older Teens
5 stars By Laura, Nov 01 2016
I love history and so love historical novels. This one is the best yet! I was hooked the whole way through the story. Something I particularly liked was that fact that Gabi Lia thought they were well prepared - with their parents obsession for history they can ride horses, fence, speak Italian - but they find they're way out of their depth. They can't ride sidesaddle, the swords are 100 times heavier and the Italian is an ancient dialect. Also, I was slightly worried this book might turn out to be over romantic, which I hate! But I found that the romance wasn't overdone or 'soppy'. This is not a book I'd recommend for younger teens, but a fantastic read for girls aged 15 up.

Loved it!
5 stars By Bri, May 12 2016
Really creative and well written! Definitely worth the time to sit down and soak it all in. You get your fictional story but because it is set in ancient times you've got a bit of history woven in and comparing off the ancient with modern times. Quite well written and entertaining and really draws you in!

Unique
3 stars By Bri, Apr 01 2016
I read this on a whim. It's a quaint story that takes two girls back in time. Throughout the story they get over their bratty 21st 'give me' attitude and learn what it truly means to serve and live for others and how there are more important things in life. It's a fun mix of medieval knights in shining army and the hero being a heroine.
