World War 2 - Historical Fiction
4 stars By Lisa, Nov 14 2013
I really love Lynn Austin and value the research that she's done to make her novels true to their era. For example, she makes reference to some historical figures such as a Swedish Diplomat whose heroic efforts saved thousands of Jews. I also appreciated the education in Judaism which I received along the way. In this particular novel I questioned how realistic her ending was but truly enjoyed it just the same. A good read - I recommend it.
