I have found this book to be so helpful in my own journey. It is so clearly presented, with excellent photo's throughout, showing each exercise in detail. It can really be used by anyone at any stage of their fitness journey, you would just need to adjust the Kettlebell weight. Bear Grylls is intense by nature, and a proven success with his own fitness journey, and his love and passion for wellbeing comes through each page. I have found his book to be a great mentor and encouragement and I would highly recommend this great resource.
