We will soon launch a new Koorong loyalty program and reviews system. As we roll out the new loyalty program, there will be more ways to earn and redeem points. In the meantime, be rest assured that:
- Your points will not expire on 31 December 2023, and
- Points will continue to accumulate on your account from eligible purchases and
- Your points balance as of September 2023 will be transferred over, and
- We will honour you with your voucher/s once the new system is launched.
We are also migrating all product reviews over to the new website so that your valuable insights will continue to assist others with finding great products.
